Awareness is the deep knowing that something is here to be noticed. It’s not hypervigilance or constant self-monitoring, but the open attention that allows life to be perceived as it actually is. Awareness sharpens when serenity removes the static, gratitude keeps your perception clear, and hope keeps you receptive to what is still becoming. It comes into focus when you are present enough to notice what is happening within you and around you. Here, what was automatic becomes chosen, and what was unconscious becomes a path available to walk.
